Maharashtra State Powerloom Corporation Limited is an undertaking of Government of Maharashtra This corporation has been providing all types of uniforms, cloth for uniforms and other textiles requirements of officials Govt. offices, Semi-govt. offices, Zilha Parishad, Municipal Corporations, Municipal Councils, Govt. Hospitals. This corporation is supplying the textile products through textile units which are registered under Micro & Small medium enterprises etc. and through NCDC. As a result, permanent employment is available to poor and needy weavers in powerloom sector.
